Created in 2016 by the Campus AFD, PLAY is a compact and unique learning experience to help people lead change and innovate within their organisations. Designed for AFD partners in developing countries that are active in all sectors, as well as for staff from AFD and its subsidiaries, PLAY workshops aim to discover and experiment with collective, creative, and emotional intelligence. In this way, participants are equipped to develop and support collective processes and foster a culture of innovation within their organisations.

Learning objectives

  • To explore the power of collective intelligence.
  • To discover and experiment with the techniques and tools for creativity.
  • To increase the capacity of participants to innovate and broaden their scopes of action. To allow participants to reconnect with the present moment, with themselves, and with others using the tools of mindfulness.

Teaching and activities

  • The PLAY workshops are based on a fun and engaging teaching method that enables participants to experiment with the techniques and tools of collective intelligence to help their innovative projects move forward within their organisations.
