How long do we keep your data?

We have defined precise rules for personal data storage periods. To determine these periods, we take into account the various purposes for which the data is collected, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, and best practices. The storage periods for data do not exceed what is strictly necessary for the proper performance of the processing. (2 years)

Your data is only accessible to AFD employees who need to view it in order to carry out their duties.

The data collected may be communicated as necessary to third parties (partners, subcontractors, and service providers of the AFD). This sharing of information is carried out only to the extent necessary for the fulfilment of the tasks we entrust to these third parties.

Where the nature of the operation permits, the data is anonymised before being transmitted.

In addition, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, we may be required to disclose personal information to administrative or judicial authorities upon specific written request, based on the legislation governing the disclosure request.

Our commitments

We aim to keep your personal data as safe and secure as possible, and to only keep it for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it is to be processed. To this end, we put in place appropriate physical, technical, and organisational measures to prevent any alteration, loss, or unauthorised access to your data.

AFD does not sell or market the data collected in the course of its activities.

The entire AFD Group is subject to the same confidentiality and data protection rules.
