Jointly organised by AFD and the University of Clermont-Auvergne since 2008, it has been managed by the Foundation for Studies and Research on International Development (FERDI) since 2019. The goal of this hybrid Master\u2019s programme is to provide young managers from public institutions or companies that are either in contact with AFD or likely to be in contact with AFD, with the knowledge, skills, methods, resources, and tools that will enable them to become agents of change and contribute to achieving sustainable development objectives within their organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-alt-heading-1\">Learning objectives<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To acquire in-depth knowledge of sustainable development, issues related to changing models, project management, and the functioning of funding agencies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To develop expertise and interpersonal skills such as creative thinking, collective intelligence, leadership, and communication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To develop a network of graduates that can be mobilised for joint actions and allows members to share their experience and expertise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-alt-heading-1\">Teaching and activities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The MODEV Master\u2019s programme uses an educational approach focused on creativity and collective intelligence. The programme features innovative methods to provide participants with theoretical knowledge, operational feedback, and creative workshops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-alt-heading-1\">Registration details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This Master&#8217;s programme runs from September to May each year. The first six months are online learning with two to three days of lessons per week.
