Co-constructed for and alongside groups of managers at AFD\u2019s partner public organisations in Africa, Transform\u2019action enables participants to develop forward-thinking managerial practices and become true facilitators of transformation with their organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-alt-heading-1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Learning objectives<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To co-construct a body of knowledge and develop the technical and soft skills needed to lead managerial transformation\/innovation projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To incubate organisational innovation projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To create a community that can facilitate transformation within the African public sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-alt-heading-1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Training &amp; activities<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This hybrid training-action course is based on experimenting with new practices within a community of \u201cTransform\u2019actors\u201d. It is structured around theme-based modules that are then applied to a real-world project that has been selected by the participants as part of a progressive \u201ctest and learn\u201d approach. Each module is made up of theoretical sessions, case studies, simulations, and peer-to-peer sharing of experiences.
