Today, the countries committed to these goals need to implement the objectives outlined in the NDCs by implementing low-carbon development trajectories and policies of resilience in regards to the effects of climate change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-alt-heading-1\">Learning objectives<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To understand the challenges of carbon neutrality and the planning of decarbonisation trajectories by different countries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To articulate the objectives of the Paris Climate Accords, the NDCs, and long-term national strategies for decarbonisation and territorial resilience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To identify the stakeholders involved in this planning at national levels and to understand their roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To understand the processes involved in drawing up long-term strategies, using as an example the methodology adopted by Colombia to develop its strategy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-alt-heading-1\">Teaching and activities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This course is made up of two complementary modules:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Module 1: How to achieve carbon neutrality?
